All Feral Healing products are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced before shipping.

Shipping Times

Australia: 3–10 business days

International: 7–21 business days (where available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products ordered.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to replace or refund orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
